A newly built 5-bedroom beach house on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach, featuring a private heated saltwater pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, poolside half bath, Gulf-view balconies and an upscale chef-style kitchen with Fisher & Paykel appliances. The home sleeps up to 10 guests and is approximately a 5-minute walk to the beach. The outdoor area is one of Grand Pearl’s biggest highlights. Spend the day around the private heated saltwater pool and spa, with a tanning ledge, custom seating, shaded lounge space and JBL outdoor sound. The adjoining summer kitchen and grill make it easy to cook and eat outside, and the dedicated poolside half bath means guests do not have to go back through the house in wet swimsuits. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after the beach. Inside, the kitchen was designed for guests who enjoy cooking. A 10-foot quartzite island provides plenty of space for meal prep, serving and gathering, while professional-grade Fisher & Paykel appliances give the space a true residential feel rather than a typical rental setup. White oak flooring, designer lighting and comfortable furnishings continue throughout the main living areas. The bedrooms all have a King size bed. The primary suite includes marble finishes, and blackout window treatments help make mornings a little easier after long days at the beach. Families traveling with younger children can pack lighter. The home includes a Pack ’n Play, highchair, step stools, children’s tableware and night-lights. Beach days are easy, too. Grand Pearl provides beach chairs, a canopy, cooler and sand toys, so you can load up and make the short walk to the sugar-white sand without bringing half the garage from home. Two covered balconies offer Gulf views and comfortable places to start the morning with coffee or unwind in the evening. Additional features include a full-size washer and dryer, laundry supplies, whole-home Wi-Fi, wired connectivity, sound-dampening insulation, a dedicated fresh-air system and a whole-house dehumidifier for added comfort in Florida’s coastal climate. Parking is available for up to three vehicles. Guest Access Grand Pearl is all yours for the stay — the home, private backyard, pool and spa, outdoor living spaces, and parking. A couple of owners' closets stay locked for housekeeping supplies (nothing exciting in there, promise), but everything you actually need is fair game. Kick back and make yourself at home. A Few Things to Know Before You Arrive We want your stay to be easy and low-stress — a few simple ground rules help us keep the home in great shape and stay on good terms with the neighbors. 🔐 Reservations & Primary Guest Primary guest has to be 25+ and needs to actually stay at the property the whole time. Everyone completes a rental agreement before check-in, and we'll need a government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name. There's also a $500 refundable security deposit — leave the place undamaged and reasonably clean, and it will be returned after your stay. 💦 Pool Heating The pool's usually perfect on its own all summer. But if it's winter and you weren't blessed with the metabolism of a penguin, we can heat it up to about 85°F for $250/stay. Weather plays a role in how fast (and how well) it gets there, so it's best to arrange and pay for heating ahead of time — give it a few hours to warm up before you cannonball in. Once the heater kicks on, that charge is locked in, so no refunds after the fact. Also: skip the glass by the pool, no diving, and keep an eye on the little ones near the water. 🌙 Our Neighborhood Grand Pearl is part of a residential beach community, so quiet hours are from 10 PM–8 AM. During those hours, we simply ask that outdoor music and conversations stay at a neighbor-friendly volume. No parties or events, and no smoking or vaping inside the home. 🎥 Exterior Security There are two exterior cameras (one doorbell cam and a front facing camera) monitoring entry points and parking areas for safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the home and none monitoring the pool or spa areas. Your privacy matters to us. 📺 TVs & Entertainment Smart TVs throughout the house, including some outdoor spots, so stream away. 🧻 Starter Essentials We stock the basics — toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner in every shower, detergent, toiletries, enough to get you settled. Staying a while? You'll probably need to restock at some point. Bottom line: we want Grand Pearl to feel less like a rental and more like the place you can't wait to get back to after a day at the beach.
